• All crystals are labelled for accurate identification.
• Packaging includes recycled, upcycled, and repurposed materials—appearance may vary as part of our waste-reduction approach.
• Standard packing occurs on Fridays; dispatch is on Mondays unless otherwise stated.
• For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
• We deliver across South Africa using The Courier Guy and its affiliated Pudo Locker Service.
• Tracking is provided via WhatsApp once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
• In case of delays, we’ll notify you promptly.
• Customers are welcome to arrange delivery via alternative courier services; however, all booking and payment responsibilities rest with the customer.
• Flat-rate delivery of R 99 to your door via The Courier Guy — excludes high-risk areas.
• Free delivery to high-risk areas is only available via The Courier Guy’s Pudo Locker Service.
• If your area is classified as high-risk, we’ll reach out and explore alternative delivery solutions with you.
• Free delivery applies to once-off purchases of R 1000 or more, or stockpiled orders that total R 1000+, with stockpiling available for up to 3 months.
• Free delivery applies only to parcels within the maximum size of 60 × 41 × 69 cm and a weight limit of 20 kg
• Oversized or overweight parcels may incur additional charges or require alternative delivery arrangements.
• Majestic Energy reserves the right to assess packaging eligibility and communicate any necessary adjustments prior to dispatch.
