Stockpile

• Majestic Energy offers a stockpile option for customers.
• Stockpile refers to a paid order held securely by Majestic Energy until the customer requests delivery.
• When placing a stockpile order, proceed through the standard ordering process and select Stockpile at checkout, this option includes the free delivery when your purchase is R 1000 or more.
• Your order will be securely stored until you choose to proceed with delivery.
• When ready to receive your stockpiled items: Return to the website and place a new order.
• If your stockpiled order totals R 1000 or more, select Stockpile at checkout to access free delivery. Just add a note indicating when you’d like your order dispatched.
• If your stockpiled order totals less than R 1000, select Ship at checkout—this option includes the flat-rate delivery fee of R 99.
• Goods may be stockpiled for a maximum period of 3 months.
• After this period, a monthly storage fee of 5% of the total order value will apply.
• Should storage fees remain unpaid for a period of three 3 months, Majestic Energy may resell the stored items to recover any outstanding charges.
• Prior to any such action, customers will be contacted to review the status of their storage, settle any outstanding balance, and confirm how the matter will be resolved.
