Majestic Energy – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and online shop located at www.majesticenergy.co.za, including the purchase and delivery of products. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

  • Majestic Energy is a South African online store offering crystals, minerals, esoteric goods, and jewellery.
  • All orders placed through our website are securely processed via Yoco and delivered nationwide.
  • Disclaimer: Information provided is for general purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Using Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, including attempts to damage, hack, or scrape data.
  • All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Placing an Order

  • Orders may be placed online by registered or guest users.
  • Browse and select your desired items from Majestic Energy’s online collection.
  • Click on the Shopping Cart to review your selection.
  • Proceed to Checkout and choose your preferred delivery method.
  • If your order total is below R 1000 and you’d like it delivered, click on Ship to activate the flat-rate delivery of R 99.
  • If your order total is R 1000 or more, click on Stockpile—this option includes free delivery. Add a note at checkout indicating when you’d like your order sent.
  • If you would like to Stockpile, click on Stockpile. This allows you to gather items over time or access free delivery on orders over R 1000.
  • Enter your delivery address or Pudo Locker details, as applicable.
  • Add any relevant notes to your order.
  • Finalize your purchase by clicking Place Order.
  • Items added to your cart are not reserved until payment has been completed.
  • Products remain available to other customers until the order is successfully checked out and paid in full.
  • Upon completion, a confirmation email will be issued.
  • All items are listed with current prices and descriptions, which are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Majestic Energy reserves the right to cancel or decline orders due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected misuse.

4. Stockpile

  • Majestic Energy offers a stockpile option for customers.
  • Stockpile refers to a paid order held securely by Majestic Energy until the customer requests delivery.
  • When placing a stockpile order, proceed through the standard ordering process and select Stockpile at checkout. This option includes free delivery for purchases of R 1000 or more.
  • Your order will be securely stored until you choose to proceed with delivery.
  • When ready to receive your stockpiled items: Return to the website and place a new order.
  • If your stockpiled order totals R 1000 or more, select Stockpile at checkout and add a note indicating when you’d like your order dispatched.
  • If your stockpiled order totals less than R 1000, select Ship at checkout—this includes the flat-rate delivery fee of R 99.
  • Goods may be stockpiled for a maximum period of 3 months.
  • After 3 months, a monthly storage fee of 5% of the total order value will apply.
  • Should storage fees remain unpaid for 3 months, Majestic Energy may resell the stored items to recover any outstanding charges. Customers will be contacted beforehand to resolve the matter.
  • Note: Majestic Energy is not liable for theft, fire, or natural disasters affecting stored items.

5. Payment

  • All transactions are securely processed via Yoco using:
  • Debit or credit cards.
  • EFT (where available).
  • Other payment methods provided by Yoco.
  • Majestic Energy does not store your card details.

6. Sustainability & Packaging

  • Packaging materials are sourced from various outlets, using recycled, upcycled, and repurposed components.
  • Parcel appearance may vary and reflects our resource-conscious approach.
  • Each crystal is clearly labelled for accurate identification from the outset.
  • Parcels are packed securely and dispatched via The Courier Guy when ready.

7. Packing & Delivery

  • All crystals are labelled for accurate identification.
  • Packaging includes recycled, upcycled, and repurposed materials—appearance may vary as part of our waste-reduction approach.
  • Standard packing occurs on Fridays; dispatch is on Mondays unless otherwise stated.
  • For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
  • We deliver across South Africa using The Courier Guy and its affiliated Pudo Locker Service.
  • Tracking is provided via WhatsApp once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
  • In case of delays, we’ll notify you promptly.
  • Customers are welcome to arrange delivery via alternative courier services; however, all booking and payment responsibilities rest with the customer.
  • Flat-rate delivery of R 99 to your door via The Courier Guy — excludes high-risk areas.
  • Free delivery to high-risk areas is only available via The Courier Guy’s Pudo Locker Service.
  • If your area is classified as high-risk, we’ll reach out and explore alternative delivery solutions with you.
  • Free delivery applies to once-off purchases of R 1000 or more, or stockpiled orders that total R 1000+, with stockpiling available for up to 3 months.
  • Free delivery applies only to parcels within the maximum size of 60 × 41 × 69 cm and a weight limit of 20 kg.
  • Oversized or overweight parcels may incur additional charges or require alternative delivery arrangements.
  • Majestic Energy reserves the right to assess packaging eligibility and communicate any necessary adjustments prior to dispatch.
  • If you’d prefer the Pudo Locker service instead of flat-rate delivery, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +27 82 408 8268.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unbroken, and in original condition to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • No exchanges or returns are offered on piercing jewellery or earrings.
  • No exchanges or returns are offered on discounted or sale items.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel via:

  • Your message must include: Full Name, Order Number, Item(s) in question, Reason for return and preferred resolution (Refund / Exchange / Store Credit).
  • Return courier fees and booking are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once goods are received in acceptable condition, we will proceed with your chosen resolution.
  • Refund: Processed to your bank account. Please allow up to 48 hours for the funds to reflect once processed.
  • Exchange: A second courier fee will apply for delivery of the exchanged item.
  • Store Credit: Issued within one business day.
  • If you received an incorrect item, kindly follow the same steps outlined above. In this instance, Majestic Energy will assume full responsibility for the error.

9. Product Availability

  • Stock levels are updated regularly but availability is not guaranteed.
  • If an item is oversold or unavailable, we will offer an alternative, refund, or store credit option.
  • Items are not reserved until checkout is completed.

10. Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterwards.
  • Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
  • Promotions are valid for a limited time and while stock lasts.
  • We reserve the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or internet outages.
